ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage products developed and operated by Bisonai from A to Z.
• Actively communicate with business development, engineers and designers to develop the best Web3 products.
• Estimate the scope and resources of each team according to planning and requirements and manage their schedules.
• Create a detailed service planner based on the client's requirements.
• Share progress with all stakeholders and adjust as needed.
• Identify areas of improvement, set and measure performance of products
• Continuously learn for better product management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We need someone who has the builder's DNA who doesn't settle for the present, who takes the initiative to plan and continues to improve.
• We need someone who is good at speaking and writing in English while understanding various cultures.
• A high understanding of project management software, methodology, and best practices is required.
• Strong and flexible communication skills that can bring the team together.
• Proven ability to complete the project within tight scope, budget and schedule.
• Nice to have - Work experience as a PM for a Web3 company or an IT startup/large company.
• Nice to have - Experience in developing Web3 products (NFT, DeFi, Infra), etc.
